• "I began working with Kristine to get help with anxiety and panic attacks. Then I came down with COVID-19. I was really sick - hospitalized. Then I developed Long COVID-19. I was worried that I would never get my energy back. I also was afraid I would be judged for getting Covid, like I did something wrong . . . I was judging myself. Kristine was so caring and non-judgemental. We did very gentle work at first and we have come a long way over time. I am not completely back but I have made so much progress toward a 'normal' life.
