I am certified yoga therapist using the tools of yoga-including postures, breath, and meditation-to assist individuals and groups with health concerns. I employ a model that addresses the individual as a whole, rather than considering each body part or system in isolation.

Speaking in Washington D.C., halls of U.S. Congress, as a patient advocate - yes, there is a story there!

My Background

Meet Kristine, your neighborhood yoga therapist.

As a third-generation daughter of the Palouse I have worn many "hats” in our community. The single connecting threads are respect for this land, being of service to our community, and a desire to help others feel better. As a yoga therapist, I draw upon my experience to assist my clients in navigating their health and life challenges.

I have over 25 years of experience teaching yoga. As a yoga therapist, I work with clients to develop personal therapeutic plans to address stress and anxiety, trauma, post-traumatic stress, physical injury, chronic illness, disease, asthma, insomnia, chronic pain, TBI, long Covid, MS, dementia, Parkinson’s, end-of-life care, and grief. I also teach specialized yoga therapy groups to address specific concerns shared by the group members.

Even farmers’ daughters do yoga

“Yoga invites us to live in an intentional, mindful manner, finding our way to a center of balance and joy.”

“Kristine and I worked in partnership together. She listened carefully, and sometimes she just seemed to know what I needed, even if it was a good laugh - or a cry. The movement and breath helped me release and let go. Now I breathe again!”
